Welcome and thank you for visiting Exquisite Cakes. Exquisite Cakes is located in St. Louis, Missouri and is growing in popularity everyday. Our unique designs and creativity caters to your personality and style. Exquisite Cakes likes to go above and beyond the simple traditional cake. We want to make your occasion unforgettable by taking the time to design the perfect cake or cookies.
What helps Exquisite Cakes stand out from other cake decorators and bakeries is that all of our cakes are iced with buttercream icing and never covered with fondant. We use an icing technique thats makes buttercream icing have the smooth look of fondant. This technique makes the cake taste amazing and delivers a flawless finish. Cakes covered with fondant can be done upon request. The biggest compliments we receive are the taste of our icing and the moistness of our cakes.
Our pricing structure is very reasonable with no surprises. All of our cakes are delivery only, with the cost of delivery included with the quoted price of the cake. About The Owner
Hello, my name is Gwenn Buesching, owner of Exquisite Cakes. I have over 10 years of experience in the culinary industry and have worked for some of the best pastry chefs in St. Louis. My experience ranges from a pastry chef for the Hilton, to being a supervisor in the pastry department at Ameristar Casino. I have both a Culinary Arts and Marketing degree which has helped me excel in creating and managing Exquisite Cakes. I have a passion for art and enjoy incorporating it into my cake creations.
